Our pastes are crafted from a traditional recipe handed down from my mother, reflecting the authentic flavors you’d find in Thai markets. While shrimp paste is a common ingredient in Thai curry, traditionally added during cooking, we’ve chosen to exclude it from our pastes. This decision allows us to offer a completely natural blend of fresh herbs, spices, and a pinch of salt.
