The olives are carefully hand-picked to maintain their freshness and provide a well-balanced aromatic taste. Our land is very well cared for and looked after all year round, we use natural fertilizer to keep the soil and the trees healthy to deliver the best quality olive oil.
Our olives are traditionally and entirely grown within a specific region and only olives from our groves are used in the production of Sallaku olive oil.
