Hi, My Name is David before the beginning of lockdown back in March 2020, for the last 38 years, I had a lightning business selling replacement lamps to retail shops all over the Country. I stayed away regularly doing 35,000 miles a year. Then like many businesses it came to a halt.

That’s when the word DIVERSIFY came into operation which started with food shopping on an app for home deliveries followed by setting up my own Facebook page offering a bespoke shopping home delivery service followed by delivering for an evening dessert business followed by delivering for a Cafe business during the day. An empty shop became available and I decided to take up the opportunity and start up a retail takeaway/cafe. I already had built some contacts through one of my sons and daughter who was already selling home baked cakes online. So The Cookie Pie Man 53 Stanningly Road Leeds LS12 3ND opened its doors on October 8th 2021.
