Ivor’s Ice Cream was pasteurised in 2006 following inspiration from an article in the Farmers Weekly publication about artisan ice cream making. Living on a dairy farm that has been home to three generations of his family provides Ivor access to quality fresh milk to create the most delicious ice cream. Ivor's Ice Cream travels across the UK to attend events including festivals, country fairs and private engagements alongside creating his signature soft scoop ice cream for restaurants, cafes and pubs.
Our current flavour range includes Biscoff, Honeycomb, Salted Caramel and of course classic flavours including Madagascan Vanilla, Strawberry and Raspberry Ripple. Following the pandemic we also now offer direct to public sales with our new 2 litre and 4 litre home packs that can be collected direct from our farm.
