Scandilicious is London's First Scandinavian Food truck, bringing a unique Nordic food experience to events across the South East!

Inspired by childhood experiences of foraging for ingredients along the shores of the Stockholm archipelago and the fertile fields of Denmark, the team create a menu that is natural and honest, strictly made with the produce that is native to the region. While their options are a modern take on traditional dishes like Smörgåsbord, at the heart of their cooking is the romantic and age-old concept behind all nordic cooking called Husmanskost, which simply translates as “farmers fare”.
