The Brownie Bar offers a wide range of chocolate brownies and blondies in a variety of flavours.

We are sisters who started our business back in 2010. Sarah, a trained pastry chef, developed our gooey brownie recipes which we tested on many local markets. Now with two retail stores in the North East, a busy events programme and an online shop, we’re busier than ever! Busy times for brownies, but we also have a fantastic team behind us who we couldn’t do it without.
